Tour Details
Day 01: Amman Welcome to Jordan
Arrival at Amman Airport. Obtaining a visa, meeting your driver, Transfer to Amman Hotel pour overnight.
Day 02 : Amman – Jerash – Ajlun – Amman
After breakfast, departure for Jerash In the morning departure to the ancient city of Jerash or Gerasa about 45km from Amman.
Jerash is the epitome of extensive and formal Roman city planning throughout the Middle East. It is adorned with cobbled, colonnaded streets, immense temples on the crests of the hills, delightful theaters, spacious public squares, thermal baths, fountains and walls pierced by towers and grids.
Continuation for the visit of Ajlun. The landscapes are superb with nature and olive trees, to visit the restored fortified castle of Qala’at ar-Rabad. The building was built with limestone from the region, using techniques that can also be found in crusader castles : polished stones, bossed stones, donkey stones, checkered fittings and headers.
Then Road to return to Amman for the overnight.
Day 03: Amman – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Kings Route – Kerak – Petra
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the Route des Rois, visit of Madaba. The city of mosaic, you will see the Saint George Church of Madaba, the “map of Palestine” unearthed in 1898 during the construction of the church. This barely altered mid-sixth century mosaic traces the geography of the Byzantine Near East.

Day 04: Petra (day of the visit) – Wadi Rum

Day 05: Wadi Rum (4 * 4) – Dead Sea
After Breakfast, Tour by “local” 4X4 pick-up in the desert for about 2 hours.

The maximum depth of the Dead Sea is 399 m. The lower level of the Jordan depression is therefore 410 m below the level of the free seas and as such it represents the lowest point on the globe.

DAY 06: Dead Sea – Allenby Jerusalem
After Breakfast at the Dead Sea, Transfer to Allenby the passage with the West Bank formality of departure then meet with your Palestinian driver then direction to Jerusalem for a Visit of the old city and follow Via Dolorosa. Then head to the Mount of Olives to see the Church of the Ascension, the Church of Pater Noster, and a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem, the Church of Dominus Flevit and the Gethsemane Gardens. Transfer to your hotel, Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 07: Jerusalem (Free Day)

DAY 08: Jerusalem- Bethlehem – Jericho – Amman

Day 04: Dead Sea / Dana (Family walk) / Petra
After breakfast, Road to Dana via the Dead Sea Road and through the Grand Canyon of Fifah, Arrival in the village of Dana at the end of the morning (former Ottoman village), Possibility of lunch in the typical village.
An easy and accessible family walk for two hours for adults and children in the gardens of Dana and on the two banks of the plateau and in the sight of the Feynan valley (Dana is the largest nature reserve in Jordan), end of this day, Transfer to Petra, Installation for dinner and overnight.
Day 05: Petra (visit to the wonder of the world site) / Wadi Rum
After breakfast, Visit of Petra with the family with the children, a local French-speaking guide for two hours on the site to explain the history of the site to you.
This is the moving rose-red city of Petra, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since the 1980s. A city entirely carved into the rock. Petra; the “Pink City”, a unique place, built almost 2000 years ago by the Nabataeans. You will cross the magnificent Siq the famous narrow passage between two mountains and you will appreciate its magical monuments, the treasure, the theater, the stairs, the palaces, the temples carved in the mountains, the royal tombs and the large number of tombs and dirty funeral still hollow in the rock …. (Possibility to eat in a restaurant on the site during the visit). End of the day, Drive to the Wadi Rum desert (2 hours’ drive from Petra). Discover Jordan’s largest and most majestic desert landscape with its red sandstone hills, needles and ridges. “Vast, resounding, divine” are the terms used by Lawrence of Arabia to describe this landscape.
You admire the sunset in the desert then a Pickup in Jeep to your camp for a traditional Bedouin Dinner of local cuisine based on rice and meat (typical dish of Jordan the Manssaf to taste or the Bedouin dish du Zarb) for the whole family with children. Night in a Bedouin camp in well-equipped Family tents with showers and toilets in the tent.
Day 06: Wadi Rum (4×4 and camel ride for adults and children) / Aqaba
After breakfast at the camp, early departure for activities in the desert in a 4×4 Jeep for two hours and a camel ride for one hour are scheduled to admire the beauty of the Wadi Rum desert. Children have fun on the sand dunes and on the back of a camel, Possibility to organize a lunch in the desert in the open air with the Bedouins, Continuation to the city of Aqaba in the afternoon then free time at your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 07: Aqaba (free family day with children)
After Breakfast, a free family day with the children to enjoy the beach and the swimming pools
Aqaba is the bilinear station of Jordan and the only maritime access to the Red Sea, a sea rich in fish and its corals. There is a possibility to organize a sea trip on a boat between 3 and 4 hours with lunch, Installation in your hotel in Aqaba for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Aqaba – Amman (Typical dinner)

Day 03: Amman / Al Kerak (Tombs of the Mu’tat) / Al Tafilah (Mausoleum of El Hartha Iben Umeyr) – Petra (Overnight in Petra)
After breakfast, Road to Al Kerak to visit the tombs of the Prophet’s companions for the famous battle of Mu’tat in Jordan, Mausoleum of the Prophet’s cousin peace be upon him Ja’far ibn Abu Taleb in the village of Al Mazar. Ja’far fell as a martyr in a battle that took place in the Prophet’s time against the Byzantine Empire in 8 CE. The famous Battle of Mu’tat in which other comrades also died such as Zayd Ibn el Hareth and Abdullah ibn Rawahat may Allah be pleased with them. They are buried at the battle site, which is 1km from the village of Al Mazar near Kerak.
A few kilometers from Kerak in the village of Tafilah, the mausoleum of the companion El Haretha Ibn ‘Umeyr may Allah be pleased with him. He is the cause of the battle of Mu’tat. Indeed, the prophet sent El Haretha as an emissary to the Byzantine emperor to invite him to Islam. He beheaded the emissary of the messenger of Allah without scruples. The prophet is so upset by this act that he sends men under the command of Khalid ibn Walid. The Muslims emerged victorious from this battle. At the End of this day You reach the direction of Petra on the king’s way, overnight at Petra Hotel.
Day 04: visit the Raquim site of Petra (overnight in Petra)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the unique “Red Rose” city of Petra, built by the Nabataean Arabs who carved their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and sandstone treasure of the desert rock in its natural shades of pink and gold. You will start the journey on horseback for 700m until the entrance to the impressive narrow gorge (Siq), leads wonderfully to the magical moment, where you can see the Treasure, continue until the street of the facades, the royal tombs, Cardo, temples, Churches, museums. Transfer back to your Hotel for the overnight.
Day 05: Petra – Allenby / Jericho (Hisham Palace) / Jerusalem (overnight in Jerusalem)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Allenby Bridge for departure formality then cross to the Israeli checkpoint for formality, you meet your Palestinian driver, continue towards Jericho, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, to visit Hisham Palace with his beautiful frescoes from the Umayyad era of Caliph Hicham Ben Abdel Malek, then drive to Jerusalem for the overnight.
Day 06: Jerusalem / Jaffa / Mount of Olives / Jerusalem (Overnight in Jerusalem)
Breakfast at the hotel then direction to Jaffa, a beautiful city on the Mediterranean Sea to see the old port, the clock tower and the Hasan Bek mosque. Transfer to the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Visit the Salman Alfarisi and Rabaa Aladawiyya mosques. Go to the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of Al-Haram Alsharif (Al-Alqsa Mosque) where our Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) ended his overnight trip. check in at the hotel for the overnight.
Day 07: visit of the old city of Jerusalem (overnight in Jerusalem)
After morning prayers and breakfast at the hotel, you will head to the old city to see: the walls of the old city of Jerusalem, the bazaar, the Burak wall, the Christian and Arminian quarters and the Alqsa mosque. Return to your Jerusalem hotel for the overnight.
Day 08: Jerusalem / Hebron / Halhul / Bethlehem (Overnight in Bethlehem)
After morning prayers and breakfast at the hotel, the group will head to Hebron (Al-khalil) to visit the Ibrahimi mosque and see: the graves of sayyidna Ibrahim, and his wife Sara, sayyidna Ishak, and of his wife Rifka, sayyidna Yakub, Laika and sayyidna Yusuf (as). Head to Halhul to visit the sayyidna Yunus maqam (pbuh).
Head to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Issa (pbuh). Overnight in Bethlehem.
Day 09: Nabi Musa / Allenby / Dead Sea / Amman
After breakfast, departure from the hotel. Head to Nabi Musa for praying. Then return to Jordan by the Allenby bridge for the formality. Meet your Jordanian driver then road to the Dead Sea for free time on the beach with lunch, floating in the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. At the end of the day, return to Amman for the overnight.
Day 10: Departure from Amman (Good Bye)

DAY 4: Petra
Breakfast at hotel. A full day tour visiting Petra; the home of the Nabateans, the complete city carved in a mountain with huge colorful rocks called the red-rose city. The tour starts first by horse riding through the Siq; the entrance of the ancient city through a 1.25 km narrow gorge in the mountain reaching the Treasury “al-khazneh” which has been designated one of the “New Seven Wonders of the World”, then by walking to visit the Roman theater the royal tombs, the Monastery; the High Place of Sacrifice. Transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight in Petra.
DAY 5: Little Petra – Wadi Araba
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, cycling through Little-Petra; a Stone Age area to Namalah valley along narrow canyons of sandstone towards wadi Araba. Drive off road by 4WD in the middle of Wadi Araba desert, camping for Bedouin dinner and overnight in tents in wadi Araba.
DAY 6: Wadi Araba – Wadi Rum
Breakfast at the camp. Drive by buses to Ras Al-Neqeb; remarkable view of Wadi Rum and south of Jordan. Ride your cycles to Wadi Rum; the nature-lover’s paradise, arrive to campsite for night’s stay besides the fire under the most magnificent starry desert sky, Bedouin dinner and overnight in tents in wadi rum.
DAY 7: Wadi Rum – Aqaba
Breakfast at the camp, In the morning cycling to Aqaba, check in hotel, free time at leisure; swimming, snorkeling, relaxing at the beach. Dinner and overnight in Aqaba.

Day 03: Amman – Mount Nebo – Madaba – Petra (via the Kings way road)
After breakfast, Departure towards Mount Nebo, visit to the sanctuary, the presumed site of the death of Moses and his burial place.
